Bethany Hoglund, 31, leads a dance during the first session of Little Storytime on Tuesday, Oct. 18 at the Bellingham Public Library. She is the head of children’s services at the library and leads story time two to three times a day three days a week starting at 10:05 a.m. About 30 children ages 3 and under, along with their parents, attended. Hoglund has worked at the library since 1996, this is her first year leading the children’s department. She said she enjoys working with families and their children. “I like breaking the mold of what a library should be,” she said.
